OUT magazine released its sixth annual list of the top newsmakers of the past year and Wilson Cruz (Rickie) is on the list.
Covering entertainment and media, politics and community, and arts and style, the OUT 100 honors the remarkable accomplishments of 100 gay, lesbian, and transgender individuals who have led their community in accomplishments in 1999.
