A 6-disc Collector’s Edition of “My So-Called Life” (”Angela 15 ans”) has been announced for a December 2008 release in France by “Free Dolphin Entertainment”.

The upcoming French release looks like it’s going to be based on the full Collector’s Edition which was released in the US in late 2007. This is quite a surprise, since previous releases in Germany, the United Kingdom and Australia only featured a “bare-bones” edition without any bonus material.

HBO’s long-gestating Temple Grandin project is moving forward, with Claire Danes in negotiations to star and Mick Jackson set to direct the biopic. Grandin, one of the leading speakers on autism, overcame the limitations imposed by the disorder to become one of the top scientists in humane livestock handling.
