Question for anybody having received a refund.

I've noticed that Janita sent her request with signature confirmation. I am wondering if the other people (assuming that there are more than the 2 people who posted here) who have received refunds also used signature confirmation.

I received a refund without signature confirmation. I live in Canada and received it today.
